I’m Laura!
I’m a former primary school teacher and Mum of 2 and know all too well what sleep deprivation feels like!
I have a passion for helping families enjoy the freedom that amazing sleep affords and getting them there in a way that doesn’t compromise their beliefs or values.
When I’m not at my desk with a hot chocolate (yes, even in the summer!) supporting families like yours, you’ll probably find me binging the latest Netflix series or singing my heart out to in the car … well when my kids aren’t there, they don’t let me pick the music!
So that’s me - I can’t wait to learn all about you and your family!
