Refreshers are designed to support Sleepy Sweet Pea graduates through those changes and answer any questions that may have come up since our time together. These packages are great options for previous clients who need a little extra support after the birth of a new baby, moving house or any other life change that could impact on their child’s sleep habits such as nap transitions or moving to a big bed.

45 Minute Call - £120

We will schedule a 45 minute chat to address your current sleep concerns. Following the call, I will email you a summary of our action plan. This also includes one follow up email session to be used within 30 days, Here you can send all your questions through in an email and I will respond with a video response within 24 hours (during business hours Mon-Fri)

Week of WhatsApp Support - £175

Includes one week of unlimited Whatsapp correspondence with me to address ongoing concerns. create action plan, and receive support while you work through any sleep challenges.

Refreshers and Retainers cover changes due to age, developmental stage and phase only. If challenges go beyond this and a full package needs to be re-purchased you can transfer the fee for the support package towards the purchase of a new complete one.
