Let’s face it, sometimes the mums at baby groups can make it feel like they’ve got everything figured out, leaving you feeling a little bit behind or like you’re not doing a very good job. I know for me, I’ve felt the need to fib a bit in the past, or cringed slightly when sharing where my children have been at it in terms of sleep, expecting the person in front of me to shoot me a look of disapproval - even if that’s all in my own head!
But in group coaching, there’s none of that! It’s a safe, judgement-free space where everyone supports and lifts each other up. You’ll connect with other parents who are facing the same sleep struggles, share wins, ask questions, and learn from each other’s experiences. With expert advice, a clear plan, and built-in accountability, you’ll feel motivated to stay on track and make real progress with your child’s sleep. Whilst this is a group experience, tailored tips and guidance will be offered based on your child’s age, stage, temperament and your families unique circumstances.

When my son was 9 months old, his sleep literally fell apart, and I had no idea what I was doing! We tried everything to get him to sleep—more milk, rocking, singing—but more often than not, it ended in a desperate car ride at 11 p.m., followed by an anxious transfer from car seat to cot... only for him to wake again several times throughout the night.
I felt so overwhelmed by all the information out there, trying to figure out what I should do. I felt like I was failing. I couldn’t enjoy my time with my baby, and I felt incredibly alone. I just needed someone to tell me WHAT TO DO—someone to look in from the outside, spot what was needed, take me by the hand, talk me through it, and reassure me that everything would be OK.
And it was! Once we finally sought help, everything changed. I was able to put Jack down, say goodnight, and know he would fall asleep easily and happily—for the whole night.

Hi, I’m Laura!
When I had my first baby, life was peaceful. He settled himself to sleep, and I enjoyed the freedom of contact naps.
But at 9 months, everything changed. Suddenly, sleep was a battle – rocking, singing, car rides, you name it – nothing worked. After seeking help, by the time Jack was one, I could lay him down, kiss him goodnight, and know he'd sleep all night.
Then came Sophia. She refused to be put down and slept on me for four months. I was exhausted, but I used what I learned with Jack, and we got through it. That experience inspired me to become a sleep consultant.
Now, I work with families of children from birth to 6 years old. I love co-creating routines that allow for connection and help children sleep soundly. It’s incredibly rewarding to see parents transform their bedtime routines into a cherished part of the day.
As a Mum of two and a former primary school teacher, I understand the struggles of sleep deprivation. I’m passionate about helping families regain the freedom of great sleep, in a way that respects their values.
When I'm not supporting families, you’ll find me enjoying a hot chocolate (even in summer!) or singing in the car when my kids aren't around to choose the music!

Can I join if my child is under 4 months old or over 6 years old? ↓
This programme is designed for children aged 4 months to 6 years. If your child is outside this range, we recommend looking into other specialised support options.
How does the WhatsApp group support work? ↓
You’ll be added to a WhatsApp group where you can ask questions, get advice, share your wins, and get regular check-ins from me. I'll be in WhatsApp Mon- Fri 8am-6pm and aim to answer all messages within 3 hours. I’ll also be sharing extra tips and motivation throughout the 4 weeks.
Will I get a personalised sleep plan? ↓
While you won't receive a fully written plan, you’ll get expert guidance and support tailored to your child’s specific needs. You’ll also have a chance to review your child’s sleep plan in the group coaching call.
What if I can't attend the group call live? ↓
No problem! All group coaching call will be recorded, so you can watch back at a time that suits you. You will have this forever so they can refer back to it if they face another challenging time too!
What if my child is close to 2 years old? ↓
If your child is around 2 years old, you can join either the 4-24 months or 2-6 years group, depending on your preference and their specific needs. You’ll be able to get the most relevant advice from both groups, so feel free to choose what feels best for you. You can also take advantage of both sessions if you feel you need a bit of guidance from each!
