When my eldest was just over 2 years old and I was heavily pregnant with my youngest, I found myself sitting on his bedroom floor every night until he fell asleep. It was numb bum territory, and even harder while pregnant! After my daughter arrived, he was still not sleeping well. Some nights, I slept on his floor before sneaking out to feed the baby. Only Mummy would do, and I was exhausted. When my husband went back to work, I had to figure out how to get both children to bed by myself while still having the energy to get through the days with a toddler and a baby.

Turning my own family's sleep situation around was a game-changer, and now I have the pleasure of supporting other families to do the same. I work with families and their children from birth to 6 years old, but toddlers and preschoolers hold a special place in my heart. Perhaps my background as a primary school teacher plays a part in this. I love co-creating routines with families that build in all those special moments for love and connection, really getting to know your little one's personality, and making the routine work for them. This is where the magic happens.

It's incredibly rewarding to hear from parents who have transformed their bedtime routine from a dreaded task into a cherished part of the day. Receiving photos of proud little faces when they stay in bed all night long is a joy. For parents of 2-4 year olds who haven't slept well for months or even years, achieving this milestone is momentous, and sharing in that journey with families is a privilege.

As a former primary school teacher and a Mum of two, I know all too well what sleep deprivation feels like. I am passionate about helping families enjoy the freedom that amazing sleep affords, and I'm dedicated to achieving this in a way that respects their beliefs and values.

What sleep methods are taught in the course? ↓

There are 2 methods available to you within the course so you can learn about both and choose the best fit for your family.

Will there be crying? ↓

Crying may occur with any approach due to how babies communicate. While we make routine changes, our goal is to minimise this, ensuring a noticeable improvement in your child's sleep within a few days. I promise you'll be able to respond and support your child throughout the entire process.

Will I have to remove the dummy or wean night feeds? ↓

There is guidance within the course to help you decide whether removing the dummy would would be helpful for your baby. There is also guidance on how you can structure night feeds whilst still improving sleep and how you can begin weaning these feeds when the time is right.

My child is older than 2 will this course still work? ↓

The course is designed for babies up to 24 months however I can still support you with your older child's sleep! Please contact me to discuss 1:1 support.
